1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders placed on trynurex.com. No minimum purchase required.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it ships.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: approximately 5–10 business days after processing
- International: approximately 10–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress. If you haven't received tracking information within 7 business days of ordering, contact us at support@trynurex.com.
5. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help however we can if you contact us promptly at support@trynurex.com.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in your order total.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
